Refund and Cancellation Policy for Lo Tickets

Thank you for booking with Lo Tickets. We understand that sometimes plans change, and flexibility is important. Below are our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before departure: If you cancel your cruise more than 30 days prior to the departure date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any service fees or non-refundable deposits.

15 to 30 days before departure: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

Less than 15 days before departure: If you cancel less than 15 days before your scheduled departure, no refund will be provided.
2. Changes to Bookings
Changes to the booking depend on the availability and terms set by our travel partners. While we will do our best to accommodate changes without additional costs, please note that certain changes may incur additional fees.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of the cancellation request, subject to the conditions outlined above. Please note that any service fees or non-refundable deposits are not eligible for a refund.
4. Non-refundable Items
Certain travel arrangements may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of booking. These include but are not limited to special fares, tickets, and services.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, special conditions may apply. We will work closely with you to address these exceptional circumstances fairly.
